Help your students to experience sustainability in action
We built the ecovillage to serve as an educational resource for all. Students that visit the ecovillage help us turn this goal into a reality.
From designing for biodiversity to our viable systems model governance system, the ecovillage has much to offer for interested students. As the ecovillage serves as an interdisciplinary project, demonstrating the complexity of socio-ecological systems, it attracts the attention of many researchers while being the subject of several thesis’.
We welcome class visits to our site physically and we also offer online learning and modules. Many of our ecovillage residents have backgrounds in academia and research and are happy to share their knowledge with the next generation of sustainability professionals.
We design highly relevant and practical programmes for third level institutions. Featuring intro sessions to more in-depth modules, we offer interactive presentations and facilitated conversations with expert tutors for small or large groups. Choose from a selection of topics below offered onsite or online.
